With some issues getting managers to submit their sides for EMSAS I will be changing the schedule for the tournament in future and looking to implement some better reminder services to assist people in future.
EMSAS XXXVII will now be played on Monday January 15th. The third Monday of each month will be the new regular slot for EMSAS.
As a compensation for those managers who did submit sides ready for the scheduled tournament today will receive an additional free promotion for free entries and two for paid entries. These have already been added to your accounts.
Due to some problems transferring the updates over from my local server to the Internet, I have had to reset EMSAS back to what is was at the completion of the tournament. Sorry for any problems this may cause you.
Internationals will be introduced from EMSAS XXIII.
Players will be allowed to enter the full game with a single cap if they are selected by their international side. There will be four select sides in each tournament. They will be Africa, The Americas, Australasian and Europe.
Each side will play each other in a group with the winning side's players gaining the honour of Youth Cup Winners.
Comprehensive statistics for the previous EMSAS tournaments are now on-line. This currently covers tournaments since the format change, but will be expanded to included everything soon.
The facility to offer trades for players from other sides is now live. Also, unprotected players who have not played can be picked up on a free transfer without the player's current side being informed.
This means checking the contracts of your players is vital or you may lose you next big star for nothing.
The process to promote players to the main Einneks has now been written and is live.
The first tournament under the new rules and style have been completed.
There are still a number of loose ends to tie up and these will be looked into over the next few days.
